On Guard

This is my first defense to protect against environmental threats. This is definitely in my top favorites. This oil gets used a lot during the flu and cold season. I always have this in my purse when I leave the house.

Ways this oil is helpful: Supports healthy immune function, supports healthy respiratory function, it’s an effective all-purpose cleaner, and a great oil to diffuse during the holiday’s.


Another great immune support oil. This is considered a “hot” oil. Meaning it can be sensitive to the skin if applied by itself, so this oil should always be applied with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil.

Ways this oil is helpful: Can calm the nervous system, supports healthy liver function, supports the cardiovascular system, powerful antioxidant support, great in recipes, and so much more!


This is considered the “King” of oils. A go-to oil for pretty much everything. This is definitely an oil you want to have in your collection.

This is such a lovely smelling oil.

This is a great alternative to lemon juice. If you don’t have any lemons in your fridge for your water then give this a try. Just as delicious!

Who loves the smell of peppermint? This is one that I grab for A LOT too! It is my go-to oil for digestive support and discomfort. This is a versatile oil for sure.

Also known as Tea Tree oil, there is so much that can be done with this oil.

Who needs some respiratory support? Then this is the oil for you for sure. Not only does it come in a 15 mL bottle but you can also get this as a roll-on that is pre-diluted. So easy to quickly apply without having to worry about dilution.
